Eligible study participants may receive time with dermatologists, an investigational facial acne treatment at no cost, and reimbursement for their time & travel.

Meet The Doctor
Dr. Esther Hong
Dr. Esther Hong is a highly regarded general Dermatologist with a breadth of experience across Sydney. Dr. Hong has special interest and experience in skin cancer detection and treatment, psoriasis, eczema, acne, paediatric and vulval dermatology, as well as cosmetic dermatology and axillary hyperhidrosis. She has extensive experience working in research and clinical dermatology across New South Wales as a Staff Specialist at Royal North Shore Hospital and private practices across Sydney.
She is a member of the Northern Sydney Health District Human Research Ethics Committee and has recently been involved in exploring holistic patient support in psoriasis. She is a dedicated member of the College of Dermatology as mentor and lecturer at UNSW School of Medicine. Dr. Hong is an associate editor for the Australasian Journal of Dermatology and has published widely in medical journals.
Dr. Hong has presented at Australian and International dermatology conferences and was a scholarship recipient for the World Congress of Dermatology in Seoul, South Korea, where she presented her research to an international group of dermatologists. She is a graduate with honours of the Sydney Medical School at the University of Sydney and holds a Master’s Degree in dermatology research.
